Those interested in utilizing Champion Township Facilities should complete a Facilities Usage Form and Hold Harmless Agreement. Forms can be emailed to fiscaloffice@championtownship.org or mailed to the Township Office:240 Marshall Ave, Warren, Ohio 44483. Please contact at Trustee or Fiscal Officer with questions. All dates and facility usage must receive prior approval.
