Township Board of Trustees Meetings

Regular meetings of the Board of Trustees shall be held on the first Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. (with the exception of dates which are legal HOLIDAYS, which will be the second Tuesday of the month) AND  the third Tuesday of the EVEN months at 6 p.m., at 240 Marshall Ave, Warren, 44483. Notice of said Regular meetings will be posted on a conspicuous Township Bulletin Board or Sign provided for that purpose. Should legislation allow teleconferencing, an announcement will be made with the information.

  1. The Champion Township Board of Trustees will meet in a special session on TUESDAY, January 13, 2026, at 6 p.m,, at the Administration Building at 240 Marshall Ave, for the purpose of discussion, with a possible motion, on placement of an additional Fire Levy on the May Ballot, as well as, approval of payment of miscellaneous township bills.
  2. The Champion Township Board of Trustees will meet in a special session on TUESDAY, January 20, 2026, at 6:00 pm, at the Administration Building at 240 Marshall Ave, for the purpose of taking action on a Resolution to Proceed with the placement of an additional Fire Levy on the May Ballot, as well as, for potential discussions with surrounding community leaders regarding Fire/EMS mutual aid.
  3. The Champion Township Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting at the Township Administration Building, 240 Marshall Ave E, Warren, Ohio, on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 3 p.m. Executive session will be entered under Ohio Revised Code (ORC) Section 121.22 (G) (4) to conduct negotiations / bargaining sessions with the Ohio Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association (OPBA).
  4. The Champion Township Board of Trustees will meet with Trumbull County Engineer David DeChristofaro, at the Trumbull County Engineer’s Office, on March 26, 2026, at 3:30 p.m.
